beanies wtf

I have 9 mint condition Beanie Babies. All retired, one with a collectors card and one with typos on the TY tag.

I would like to sell these items, but the BEANIE BABY MARKET is kind of in a slump since they went out of popularity 10 years ago. Wait another 10 years or cut my losses? I have no attachment to the little critters.

I'm in the same boat. I have a ton of BBs that I was going to sell on eBay at the beginning of last summer but the prices are crap. They're sitting in a cardboard box in my shed now until I can either have a place to display them or find a way to sell them for more than I paid for them.

I'd probably just hang onto them.

I looked on a few sites (not many, because for some reason they ALL use Comic Sans D:) and the highest price I got was for the crab: $14-16. The brown and black cat has mistakes on the tag, and I can't even find any mention of it...but it was all over the place when I first got it.
stupid goddamn things

You don't have Kaleidoscope, my multi-coloured friend? Do you want to buy him? He's in confirmed mint condition....;)

Omg is that an Amber the cat? That was my sister's favorite toy as a kid!

Nah, that's Chip and Snip. Chip's pretty valuable, because she has two typos on her tag.

Is there one named Amber, or did my sister rename one?

I have no idea :( There are so many of those things...

Ugh, I worked at a gift store in high school during the heyday of the beanie craze. People were nuts.
